Zurich, Switz­erland – 29 November 2022 – First Berlin Equity Research GmbH has started its coverage of beacon­smind AG (ISIN: CH0451123589 — Ticker: MLBMD), a leading SaaS provider in the field of Location-Based Marketing (LBM) & Analytics, and has issued a Buy recom­men­dation for the company’s shares. The target price is EUR 22.00. First Berlin thus sees a high share price potential of around 82 percent. The closing price of the beacon­smind share was EUR 12.10 (XETRA) on 28 November 2022.

First Berlin expects the revenue growth of beacon­smind to accelerate signi­fi­cantly in the coming years: The revenue growth will be driven, among other things, by the recent acqui­sition of a majority stake in FREDERIX Hotspot. FREDERIX has an attractive portfolio with a high cross-selling potential with 530 customers and around 10,400 points of sale, including customers such as Lidl and Kaufland. The company has launched a compre­hensive colla­bo­ration with Business Incubators and Accele­rators Company (BIAC) in Saudi Arabia (KSA), covering areas such as tourism, culture, enter­tainment and smart city. BIAC is a state-owned subsi­diary of the Saudi Technology Develo­pment and Investment Company (TAQNIA), which in turn is wholly owned by the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia, Public Investment Fund (PIF). Through the coope­ration, beacon­smind supports Saudi Arabia in the imple­men­tation of the “Vision 2030”. Through the coope­ration with BIAC, beacon­smind now also opens up the government sector and signi­fi­cantly expands its business activities.

At the start of the coope­ration it is planned to implement beaconsmind’s innovative LBM solutions in various govern­mental and retail estab­lish­ments in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The company will start using the LBM solutions from beacon­smind in restau­rants in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The company, headquar­tered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is one of the world’s leading off-prize retailers in the fashion, gaming and household goods sectors. Under the umbrella of the BFL Group are brands such as “Brands For Less”, “Toys For Less”, “Homes For Less” and “Mumuso”. In addition, BFL Group is the exclusive premium partner of Tchibo in the MENA region.
